I would rate it a 5 but there's a problem with the protective screen and camera lens on both that makes our pictures come out with a hue of the case color, in this case yellow, my wife's is blue. The manufacturer knows about the problem, simply remove the protective lens although I would have preffered to keep them intact.. Almost perfect.

Seidio Innocase II Surface Spring Clip Holster Combo for iPhone 3G, 3GS (Black) Review

Given the amount these things cost (and that the AT&T insurance for the iPhone 3G is non-existent) I wanted to get a hard shell case to protect my investment as well as a belt-clip holster. After looking through literally every option at the local Apple store and not finding anything I liked (even bought another black rubber case / holster combo that I'm no longer using) I noticed this one on a fellow iPhone user. Here's a quick summary of the key features.
1. Very solid hard shell case, though slim enough to allow it to mount on most iPod music stands without removing it. Really hate fat phones.
2. Matte finish with soft rubber-like feel. Easy on the hands, comfortable to grip . . . Not awful shiny hard plastic that feels awful and easily slips out of your grip.
3. Perfect cut outs for all key buttons, camera, mounting doc, and even for the shiny apple on the back--improvement on all those cases, including the one I bought where you have to press the button through the rubber.
4. Low profile holster with belt clip. Clip swivels and is short and easy to get onto and off of my belt. Holds on very securely, will not accidentally pull off. Does not add unnecessary bulk.
5. Spring loaded holster clip allows you to get the phone easily into and out of the holster, but holds phone tightly once you slide it in.
6. And (my favorite feature) the velvet lined holster back prevents the screen from getting scratched while on the go. Note this is a FACE-IN style holster so be aware if you don't like that.
7. Also comes in a choice of three muted colors (black, a rust red, and navy blue). Was tempted to get the blue, but went with all black to match the phone.
All in all this is a beautiful case. Price was right. Many dealers, including iphoniacs.com (where I was looking), sell this as two separate pieces for $30 each. Amazon was the only place where I could find both as a combo for a smaller price ($45-ish). While that's a bit more than some of the other cases it is miles better than all the others (yes I looked at apple's InCase options--not even close) . . . definitely worth the extra $$. All in all very satisfied with this purchase. Highly recommend. You won't be sorry.

(More customer reviews)All that needs to be said, is covered in the subject heading. This is far and above a better case than the Otterbox defender. What makes it great is the amazing holster it comes with. The single biggest complaint that people have with the Otterbox is the almost unusable holster it comes with. The defender series holster won't hold the case in at all. I work in construction and got tired of picking my iphone up off the ground 10 times a day when it popped out of the otterbox case. Even got two new holsters sent straight from otterbox, and was still having the iphone pop out all the time. This new seidio case has done what otterbox couldn't. The seidio holster has a locking latch on the top of the holster. You put the iphone in, lock the latch, that iphone ain't going knowwhere. I've had the case and holster for a few weeks now, and haven't had the iphone drop once. You can bang into stuff, hit it with tools, fall on it, and not think twice about you phone still being where you clipped it. That locking latch is a beast. You want a rugged case cause you need protection, not cause you want to pick your iphone up off the ground all time. Hat's off to seidio on this new case and holster combo, they deserve it. About the case, it's just as durable as the otterbox defender, but it has a couple of improvements over otterbox though. One, the screen coverage doesn't leave air bubbles on your screen. That was a huge drawback with the otterbox for me. And yes I tried the baby powder/gold bond method for the otterbox case. Two, you can use the seidio innocase II with this combo, instead of the 360 case it comes with if you want, it fits just fine. If you love the protection the otterbox defender gives, but hate the holster and air bubbles, than this is the case to go with. You won't regret it, at all.

Seidio SURFACE Case for HTC EVO 4G (Black) Review

(More customer reviews)I bought this case almost right away after buying my Evo. I debated on the quality of the case because it is actually two pieces, cut across horizontally. However, when you put the case together, the build is very solid, and fits the phone very tightly. The case feels very like a very hard rubber (or maybe a soft plastic) - not too slick like plastic and not to "rubber sticky". Also, there is a soft velvety material inside so that the case does not scratch up the phone if you have to remove it to get at the SD card - enhancing the snug fit. The best feature of the case has to do with the camera. The back camera on the Evo sticks out and will surely get scratched up over time, but the camera does not stick out beyond the case, so you can feel at ease setting the phone down on its back.
My only dislikes deals with the kickstand and power button. The phone will wobble when sitting on the kickstand. This is frustrating for two reasons. One, it shifts the phone's COG such that if you were to press the screen, the phone would likely tip over. The second part is that the phone will wobble if it is on any surface with vibrations running through it (like in the car). The power button is almost perfectly flush with the top of the phone, and the case can makes it tougher to make you "feel" like your finger's on the button or if you're pressing the back edge of the phone, but it's really a very very minor complaint.
Overall, this is an excellent case that fits very solidly, protects the camera and looks stylish.**UPDATE**
I have now had this case for a few weeks and am updating my review. The case has held up well and, looking at my phone, doesn't have a scratch on it; my phone was flung out of my hands once and the case did its job without a scratch.
It's the fit of the phone I now have a problem with. I originally questioned the structural integrity, being a two piece case. Initially the fit was tight, but after just a few weeks, the case creaks all over. It is especially noticeable in the top half piece. The top two corners of the phone, every area where a cut-out hole is and the the area where the two pieces of the case meet are all very loose, causing a creaking of the case. The bottom half of the case has maintained most of its tight fit, with a creak in the corners being very obvious. I wish it were a one-piece.

Seidio Innocase 360 for BlackBerry Curve 8900 (Burgundy) Review

(More customer reviews)This is the second Seidio case I've purchased. The first was for my Curve 8320 and this second is for the Curve 8900. This case is different than the 8320 case as it comes with a built in screen guard and rubber keyboard cover. I didn't get this product for those two features as I had no idea they existed. I bought it for the case itself. I will say that the screen guard is not necessary and basically useless since it's not attached to the screen there are constant air bubbles from the screen guard eventually touching the screen itself in several areas. Where the keyboard cover is useful, it quickly becomes useless as the rubber starts to stretch from moving the mouse and pulling the rubber with your thumb while navigating your screen. I know this sounds like a bad review, but it's not. Like I said, I purchased the product for the case, not the guard and cover. I will soon remove those two features as they become less useful. The case itself is great. Seidio has a great product and it has protected both of my Blackberries. For every cell phone upgrade I make, there will be a Seidio case to be purchased.

Okay maybe not so good. I tend to drop my phone but not always from high places. It's dropped about twice on concrete. Where the first time the case came apart. I didn't think anything of it, but the subsequent times it fell it wasn't on concrete and it kept coming apart to the point that they key locking pieces were breaking off. Now it barely stays on. I guess I'm on a search for yet another case.

Seidio SURFACE Case for Palm Pre - Black Review

(More customer reviews)As frugal as I am, it was hard to order this case after seeing all the other "cheaper" options. I did my research though and everone said get this one, even though I hadn't seen it in person. After receiving my Seidio case two days ago though, I say it's absolutely worth the money. The feel of it is hard to describe. It's a rubberish feeling semi-hard silicon? It has the same feel of the back cover for the Touchstone, if you've seen it.
The best thing I can say about it, and the ultimate reason to get the Seidio is that once you snap it on, it feels like it's part of the phone. I used to work in a phone store and always hated all the aftermarket cases because they felt like you stuck a cheap piece of plastic or rubber on your nice elegant phone. Not this one, it's like they were made for each other.
I had the Rocketfish one from Best Buy for the last month and even though they look the same in pictures, let me tell you, the Seidio is 10 times better. The rocketfish is a cheap hard plastic, that hinders your buttons and feels like it doubles the size of the phone.
The only bad thing I can say is that since it's a thinner case, it may not protect the phone as well as one of the other thicker cases if you drop it. However, imo, that trade-off in adding the bulk and clumsiness of a thicker case is not worth that little extra protection.

The case material is much more rigid than the same brand was when I owned one for my previous Palm.
It does allow charging with the TouchStone charger.

(More customer reviews)I just recently purchased this from Seidio directly due to Christmas promo from FB and free shipping. My only concern was I bought the extended OEM battery from VZ wireless. Reading around I found other people had concerns with the larger battery and this case and the Multi Media Dock which I bought from Amazon. Well this case does fit both without removing the Innocase to dock or the extended battery. To the previous poster. You have to remove the battery door. Then this case fits perfect snaps in as it is suppose to. If your worried about using without the battery cover don't this case covers it. I get the best of both worlds. Also on the multi media dock you have to remove the insert and it fits the dock with extended battery and the case on also. Looks sharp functional. I know if I put the regular battery back in I could get the battery door back on. But since Droid phones use some battery hogs, I wanted the extended battery for mine.
I like the feel the Seidio case adds to the phone with minimum bulk if at all. Case is made of very good materials. This is my first smart phone and wanted to protect it the best way I could though I am very gentle with my phone. This is not the cheapest cover out there but in this day and age you get what you pay for. Your not going to get a BMW for the price of Chevy Cavalier. So far so good will repost if I change my mind.

Seidio Ultimate Screen Guard for HTC DROID Incredible, 2 Pack (Crystal Clear) Review

(More customer reviews)This is my favorite screen protector for my Incredible. I've tried SGP, Anti-fingerprint, Boxwave, and Verizon. To me this is the closest to the natural feel of the screen itself. I put it on in the bathroom first running the shower for a few minutes to steam it up and then cleaned my DInc with a eyeglass cleaning cloth, microfiber and finally running a piece of tape across the screen to pick up any remaining little pieces of lint. The very first time I put it on I misaligned it big time but it was easy enough to try again. Having 3 cats, lint travels with me wherever I go! When I did get it alinged there was to much lint for me to individually pick out but Seidio's are washable so I rinsed it off with a little soap and water, shook it off and started again. This time the alignment was correct and the few bubbles came right out by smoothing with the included card. There is a cut out for the optical joystick and speaker which I know is hard to see in the photos. These are usually backordered here but I only had to wait a few days before I got an email saying it was on it's way! Seidio Ultimate Screen Protectors have kept my screen free of scrapes and scratches from being kept in my purse, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Incipio ORION Sleeve for Palm Pre (Deep Red) Review

1) This is a fairly stiff case; I was hoping for just a slightly thicker, red version of the soft case that came with my Pre. The added bulk is fine if you're carrying your Pre in a bag, but I carry mine in my pants pocket and would prefer something smaller.
2) You have to pull a tab to get the Pre partway out and then pull the Pre the rest of the way. Not only does this take time, but I am leery of how long the tab will remain attached. I haven't looked inside so it's possible it's ruggedly built, but I get nervous about moving parts like this.
I'll probably return this unless my wife wants it.

Seidio Innocase Surface for Palm Pre (Ash Grey) Review

(More customer reviews)This silver/grey color is my favorite, they should actually call it platinum or gunsmoke. I loved this seidio case up until about a week ago when I dropped my phone and could finally test the durability of the case. This case *is* beautiful. This case *is* lightweight, and it comes in a bunch of colors. However, the case FAILED. Not only did the case break, but it did not protect my phone at all. The cover popped off when it hit the ground. Now I have a big chipped/scratched area on my Pre where the snap/foot of the case broke off and left the phone unprotected. Ironically, The case failed after I owned it for 35 days and could not return it to amazon. I give the case 2 stars because it is quite lovely, soft, and lightweight, and it worked with the touchstone (albeit very very slowly), but it failed to protect my phone after only being dropped just once :(

Seidio SURFACE Case for HTC Droid Incredible (Burgundy) Review

(More customer reviews)This case is exactly what I'm looking for to protect my phone. The fact that it doesn't allow the camera lens to jut out past the case ensures that this deadly drop-point is rendered harmless. The case is split into two pieces, and they slide together over the edges of the phone. This ensures that there is a good grip along the outside of the phone, with no chance of your phone ever popping out on the sides. I haven't dropped it yet, but I would imagine that this case would not come apart upon impact like some others that are out there. All of the cutouts for the various points on the phone that require clearance are more than sufficient. The headphone jack is usually the one that has a problem on cases, but there is enough clearance for even a pretty thick AUX cable to plug into it. Headphones definitely have no problem since the plastic around the jack is usually thinner than an AUX cable for a car or stereo. The grip on it feels about the same as the back of the phone's back cover, which is very pleasing to hold.
I have read some complaints about creaking or bowing of the case when you pinch it... I have tried to do what users have described and I find it nearly impossible to recreate such issues.
My only caution for people buying these colored cases is to keep in mind that either the lighting or flash from a camera will make the color look brighter in the pictures compared to what they actually look like. I would describe this one as NMSU or Texas A&M crimson... more like a maroon. The fact that the case shines under certain light can cause it to look a bit more red than it actually is, depending on the angle of view and the intensity of any light shining on it.
