ZAGG invisibleSHIELD for HTC Touch Pro 2 (Sprint/US Cellular) (Full Body) Review

ZAGG invisibleSHIELD for HTC Touch Pro 2 (Sprint/US Cellular) (Full Body)

After attempting to use the screen shield that came with the device I wanted something that was much more long lasting and more responsive to touch sense movements. I also tried the plastic case which had a rubberized feel and was fairly thin. It unfortunately made the phone a lot more bulk than it already is.
Enter the Zagg invisible SHIELD. Wow, is all I can say. This is not the plastic screen shield stuff you get with the phone or the stuff you buy from Sprint. No, this actually a revolutionary material. It is more of a pliable material and not a really hard plastic.
If you follow the instructions to a T then it will install nicely. Use very clean hands, use the included spray liquid and allow for about forty minutes to install. One thing I want to add is that the screen and back can be slid into place before it cures so don't be afraid to use more liquid and make sure it's perfect before it gets dry. If your hands are clean then you will not have to worry about fingerprints at all.
The case took about two days to completely cure. No bubbles whatsoever are under the skin. It gives the phone a nice grippy feel and the screen touch sense is incredibly sensitive unlike the other plastic shields.
I highly recommend this product for someone who wants protection without the bulk. I will absolutely consider their other products should I need them.

HTC Tilt 2 Windows Phone (AT&T) Review

HTC Tilt 2 Windows Phone (ATandT)
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
The AT&T mobile phone stores have just received a limited quantity of HTC Tilt 2's. I have one. I think the Tilt 2 is as good as the I-phone, if not better--it's got a big and brilliant screen; in our (non-scientific) head to head test, the Tilt 2 accessed my stock trading site as fasssst as the I-phone; and the Tilt 2 has the added bonus of a slide out keyboard.
You know how keyboard-less smart phones require that you access the search screen and then require you to switch screens to input your search criteria? No more with the AT&T HTC Tilt 2 because you've got the slide out keyboard.
And, I tested the Tilt 2 for 10 days--the battery life is robust! It lasted for two days of 8 hours of regular and varied smart phone use--internet access to check stock prices every hour and on the hour, e-mail updates every 4 hours, and constant phone use. That's 16 hours of use before having to recharge. And the Tilt 2 recharges quickly--a couple of hours max!
Most of all, you have the slide out full QWERTY keyboard. No more switching between search window and typing in your search criteria while blind. As you type on the slide out keyboard, your entries appear in the search field. You can correct typing errors immediately--so critical in finding the right Website--how many times have you typed "Help" when you meant Yelp!?! And texting is a breeze--u don't have 2 scroll through keys with multiple alpha and numeric values. There's even a separate key for the @ sign and the dot (.):>)
My Secretary even likes the way the Tilt 2 sounds when I use it in my car via blue tooth--she says it doesn't sound like I'm under water anymore. And because I travel the Highways from the California border with Oregon to Mexico and from Nevada to Texas, I know I've had no problem with coverage--I suspect Verizon's 3G coverage maps don't really matter. AT&T has the coverage where I need it and the connection is usually pretty fast.
The one knock I have which is really not noticeable if you're efficient in formulating your searches--the Microsoft interface limits your tabs to 3 or 4.
I've had about a half dozen cell phones in 3 years--including a couple of the early Sprint mini-computers--the AT&T HTC Tilt 2 is by far the best!

Oriongadgets Metal Aluminium Hard Case - Open Screen Design for AT&T Tilt 2 (Black) Review

Oriongadgets Metal Aluminium Hard Case - Open Screen Design for ATandT Tilt 2 (Black)
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
There are a lot of problems with this case.
- First, it significantly reduces signals (3G/Edge, GPS, WiFi). I tested by running utilities on the phone to view the signal strength of each with the cover off, putting the cover on, then removing the cover again. 3G/Edge loses an average of 2 bars. GPS tends to lose its lock. Wifi drops a variable percentage of strength.
- Second, since the case is a hinged design, you cannot access the physical keyboard while the cover is on. The physical keyboard is one of the major selling points of the Tilt 2.
- Third, and probably most important, the case snaps open when dropped, ejecting the phone. I've had this happen three times. The case is held closed by a single clasp on the side opposite of the henge. The clasp isn't very secure and is guaranteed to fly open if the phone is dropped.
Basically, all the case is good for is to absorb the initial impact of a drop. In all other respects it's a flat-out failure.

Otterbox Commuter Case for HTC Tilt 2 Review

Otterbox Commuter Case for HTC Tilt 2
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
I bought it right from otterbox as i was on their mailing list for its release(I paid more than it is selling for on amazon now) I have had this case for about a month or so. Fits my Tilt 2 perfect. I do however have the 1 complaint of the power button being hard to push(Its considerably harder to push). You will never turn it on without knowing it(this might be good for some, but i find it very annoying, but bearable for the protection.
Until this case came out, I had the Seidio innocase and holster. The Otterbox case is WAY better as I have dropped it about 3 times with the Otterbox case on it with no issues. The silicone inner skin and outer hard shell give great protection. Also, the Seidio innocase broke on the top near the power button(a common review complaint about the Seidio case) in 1 week and I never dropped it. Seidio did offer me a new case, but this one came out and I never returned it.
I also had the Praetorean crystal case and hated it. The level of protection is also inferior to the Otterbox.
FYI....The Seidio Holster for the innocase ([...]) works flawlessly with this case on a Tilt 2. This I uses every day, am always on the speakerphone and never had an issue of muffling as the others review had stated.
Overall in my opinion, for protection I give it 5 stars. Best case out there period

BODY GLOVE SNAP ON CASE FOR HTC TOUCH PRO 2 SPRINT+FILM Review

BODY GLOVE SNAP ON CASE FOR HTC TOUCH PRO 2 SPRINT+FILM
Average Reviews:

I purchased this product to protect my T-Mobile HTC Touch Pro, but this case did not fit. I had already used the free screen protector so I didn't think I was able to return the item. The screen protector also doesn't work very well as it is already starting to come undone. This is the second case I have purchased from amazon that didn't work. Does anyone have a case that works. My advice stay far away from this product.
