(More customer reviews)I'm so sorry to have to write a negative review, but here goes. I have two issues with this arm band for iPhone 3G. First, if you have one of those plastic protective cases on your iPhone, IT WILL NOT FIT in this item! I refuse to take the case off every time I go for a run. I wish they had made it with a little wiggle room (or elastic sides or SOMETHING, for heaven's sake it's the 21st century). Second, the clear plastic screen cover is so freaking thick I couldn't even "slide to unlock" my phone through it. And the clear window isn't wide enough to enable access to the whole touch screen. On the bright side, it looks to be sturdy material and the adjustable arm band looks great.

Aerosport Iphone 4G Black Review

(More customer reviews)I loathe this product. I don't believe that anyone involved in its design or packaging had any thought to its end use.
I bought at a physical store because I needed a new armband right away. The first problem was the box. All it said was "for the new iPhone" ... not iPhone 4. Seriously Griffin if you make an accessory for a specific product model - put the model number on the box. We had to take one out of a box and slip it on to make sure it fit.
Tried it out later that day on a run. The thick clear plastic makes it almost impossible to use the touch screen. Not good if you're using an app like runkeeper and want to be able to pause, switch training modes, or change music while running. The clear plastic also has a major glare problem if there's any sunlight out at all. I couldn't see my pace, distance, time, anything without having to stop and tilt the face just right ... not good if you're actually trying to work out.
This is going back to Sports Basement today.

(More customer reviews)I have the Verizon iPhone 4. Other cases I saw I was worried would not be waterproof or were too pricey. So I ordered this case and I am very happy with it. This case WILL NOT fit over a cover, it fits the iPhone 4 very snuggly into it, which I like. The back is all velcro to seal it in and keep everything else out. It has a cover over the front (heavy plastic) to keep it waterproof but this does not prevent the use of it at all. Touch screen still functions normally. Only issue I have is glare with sun off the plastic cover, but that's the tradeoff for it being durable and waterproof. Highly recommend, especially for the price!
