(More customer reviews)I purchased this case for my HTC touch pro. It did not fit. The case was too small. I then contacted Boxwave for resolution and they told me to return the product. Their website says they reimburse shipping costs in cases of false advertisement and I assumed that an HTC touch pro case not fitting an HTC touch pro would fall under that category but after 11 excruciating days of discussions through email, I am told by Boxwave that they will not reimburse me for shipping, they will not send an exchange phone and they are refunding me for the purchase price of the case. I wasted a total of $18.45 on shipping costs from the purchase and the return of the case. I shipped the product back to Boxwave on 2/18, UPS confirms that it was delivered, but I still have not received my refund.
Also, after discussing my issue for several days, boxwave offered to send me a return shipping label, but the whole point of my emails to them was to ask for reimbursement on my return shipping. I had even attached the receipt on a previous email. Also, be advised that Boxwave does not have a customer service telephone number listed anywhere on their website which even further demonstrates Boxwave's completely apathetic stance on customer service.
Needless to say, I am extremely dissatisfied with both the product and the customer service for this item. From now on, I will take extreme caution to be sure that I never purchase any Boxwave product ever again and I will advise everyone I know to do the same.

(More customer reviews)These Boxwave screen protectors are the only ones I'll buy for my electronics. They stay in place better than any I've used before. The adhesive on them is tacky enough for them to stay put, but light enough that it doesn't leave a heavy residue when removed.
The fit is fantastic. As long as you order the correct screen protector for your specific device model, it will fit properly. I have purchased these for my video camera, my Dell Axim x51v, my Nintendo DS Lite, my girlfriend's DSi, and most recently, my girlfriend's Zune HD 32GB. Each time the fit was near perfect.
The clarity of each screen protector is amazing. You could almost be fooled into believing nothing was there if you couldn't see the edges. I usually order the Crystal Screen protector because it offers the most clarity, but even the anti-glare version is mostly clear.
The quality of the Boxwave screen protectors is unbeatable. They're just thick but they'll never get in the way of any accessories you might buy for your devices. They are all scratch and scuff resistant and it takes a long time for them to show wear. While they will eventually become scratched and scuffed with frequent use, you'll find that it takes a very long time.
I'm always pleased with the performance of the screen protectors and will strongly suggest that anyone with screens they want to protect look into getting a BoxWave screen protector.

BoxWave AT&T Tilt ClearTouch Anti-Glare Screen Protectors (3-Pack) Review

(More customer reviews)I was shocked when I put this protector on my cell. I was inside a room with good ambient lighting (no glare), and the cell's screen almost jumped to life. Oh, this product isn't going to make the screen clear under the direct summer sun of South Central Texas, but that's an unfair expectation. It does help more than I expected, and the colors look sharper.
The protector itself is much sturdier than the one that comes with the phone. I assume that adds a level of protection, though I can't judge that imperially. I can say that I managed to damage the phone's original protector in two short weeks. This one has been on my phone for over a month with no visible problem.
Installation was much easier than the flimsier protector. Yes, I still had some trouble lining it up "just so." Once I did, though, it fell into place pretty cleanly. It took little effort with their provided tool to smooth out the bubbles, something I never managed with the phone's original product.
The product fit my phone's screen cleanly. Other products I've seen are notably smaller than the screen, leaving open edges that catch pointing devices, etc. This works much better.

(More customer reviews)Excellent product. Great screen protection, amazing clarity. My only complaint is that 3 of the 4 corners on the protector do not stick completely on my screen. It looks as if there are air bubbles under them, but them are only on the very tips of the corners. Boxwave's FAQ says that this is common and should go away after a couple of weeks. Well I'm over a week and have no improvement, hopefully I'll see a change in a day or two. Efforts to reapply netted the same effect. It looks like the adhesive just doesn't cover the entire surface. The one I installed on my wife's Blackjack, however, is flawless. Edge to edge adhesion, you would seriously never know it's even on there, especially with the screen lit. At $10 a piece, I don't want to toss the one with the troubled corners to try the 3rd in the pack. That's ok, because it's not that bad and unnoticeable with the screen lit.

BoxWave Pre Plus ClearTouch Crystal Screen Protectors (3-Pack) Review

(More customer reviews)Each pack contains two screen protectors, a standard coverage and an extended coverage. I planned to use the extended, but the microphone hole is cut out of the wrong side. I opened all of my packs and discovered the same problem with each of the extended coverage protectors. Luckily, the standard coverage protectors were cut correctly. I applied standard coverage protectors to my sister's phone and my own quite easily. All necessary equipment is included in the package: the protectors, a lint-free cleaning cloth, and a card squeegee for smoothing out air bubbles. I was very impressed that I did not get many air bubbles during application, unlike other protectors I have tried. The bubbles that did occur were smoothed out rather easily. When smoothing, I suggest folding the cloth so it is doubled and press the squeegee into the cloth to prevent harming the protector. Not to say that it will get scratched, but it's better to be safe than sorry. In all, not a bad product, but don't plan on using the extended coverage protector until they fix the microphone hole issue.

(More customer reviews)As the previous reviewer stated, I also didn't realize that this case *only* fit over the slim - short life battery...which I have to recharge every few hours, not days as they specified...maybe I'm just on my phone too much...anyway - other than that, I've found the product to be very good to excellent...I'm not a "belt clip" guy - more of a "carpenter pants pocket" for my cell phone, and even with the additional width of the case, it still fits nicely in that pocket. Anyway - I think that for a case that doesn't impede the slide out keyboard, this is about as good as you're going to get. I'm very happy with it - every function of the phone is still accessible with the case on - they should come out with one that fits over the longer life battery...I'll be keeping my eyes open for it...

BoxWave Nexus One ClearTouch Anti-Glare Screen Protector (Single Pack) Review

(More customer reviews)Over the years I have been a fan of Boxwave screen protectors. I have used them on various Palm devices, my old RAZR phone and my Nintendo DS. Their anti-glare screen protector for the Nexus One is basically the same product that I have been using on all of my other devices. There is one key difference that I'll explain which is actually inherent to the phone not the screen protector.
First, the product and its packaging are pretty top notch. The screen protector itself is sized perfectly for the Nexus One. They leave about 0.5mm between the protector and the edge of the display glass. This means that if you apply it right you're not going to have any loose edges hanging past the glass, and it is less likely to interfere with cases. Boxwave also includes a soft fabric screen wipe and a cardboard applicator tool which help you get the screen protector on without bubbles or lint on the first try.
The anti-glare version of this product features a very slightly rough surface which diffuses reflections. It also gives the screen a superior tactile feel. I find that my typing speed is improved because I don't feel like my fingers are going to slide to the wrong spot. The surface texture also helps downplay the visibility of fingerprints and grease. They are not eliminated, but it takes more build up for them to become obvious than on the bare glass.
Finally the anti-glare texture brings me to the reason I'm giving this 4 stars instead of 5. The very high resolution of the Nexus One's AMOLED display means individual pixels are small enough that they seem to be diffracted in slightly different directions by the screen protector. This results in a little bit of grainy appearance with a very minor rainbow effect. It takes some getting used to, and actually becomes less apparent with wear on the screen protector. This is a property of almost all anti-glare screen protectors, but again the exceptionally high resolution display on the Nexus One makes it more apparent.
Overall I am very happy with this screen protector, and if it ever wears out or gets damaged (even though it is washable) I wouldn't hesitate to buy another from Boxwave.

(More customer reviews)First, it does protect the screen. What is doesn't do is adhere completely to the surface where it slopes downward (outside edges). What you are left with is a two tone appearance at the edge of the screen. If the protector was molded to follow the slope of the BlackBerry Curve, it would be perfect. It is a perfectly flat protector that tries to adhere to a curved screen.

I have two of these screens for cameras and would highly recommend these protectors for those type of applications. For the BlackBerry curve, not so much.

(More customer reviews)I dont give good reveiws. My nicname is "Unhappy" for a reason. I'm a cynic and a curmudgeon. I'm the "Get off my lawn! You whipersnapers!" type. But this thing it good, really good. The screen protector that came with the phone was pretty good, but eventually needed replaced. I tried multiple other brands of screen protectors. They all had problems. They were hard to apply, got bubbles ucynic and a crumudgeonnder them no mater what I did, got nasty greasy, scratched easily, peeled up on the edges, didnt really fit properly. Everything that could go wrong did. Yes these cost more than many others, but after 3 months mine is still as good as the day I put it on. No bubbles, no scratches, no peeling, no problems at all. Its lasted longer than several others already so when you divide price by time in use its not more expensive after all. Its a good product and the competition is throw-away cheap junk. Just buy this one first.

This purchase allowed me to protect the screen of my new Palm Treo as well preserve the life of my T5, which still works great and stores all my audiobooks. Take extra care when putting these things on, though. Cut them accurately to fit your screen and make sure you get them on perfectly smooth on your first try. If you do, you will forget they are there and protect your screen wonderfully.

BlackBerry 7100i ClearTouch Crystal Screen Protectors (3-Pack) Review

(More customer reviews)I've been using the product with my Verizon XV6700 for ~15 months and I finally managed in my clumsy manner to put enough small scratched on the surface of the protector that I feel the need to change it.
One fairly minor problem it's had since I first purchaed the triple pack of protectors is that for my XV6700 there is a small gap (between 1/32nd and 16th of an inch) above the top of the protector and the edge of the real screen.
The second problem I only noticed upon trying to remove the scratched protector. It doesn't want to come off and there are no instructions for safe removal.
