(More customer reviews)I purchased this case for my HTC touch pro. It did not fit. The case was too small. I then contacted Boxwave for resolution and they told me to return the product. Their website says they reimburse shipping costs in cases of false advertisement and I assumed that an HTC touch pro case not fitting an HTC touch pro would fall under that category but after 11 excruciating days of discussions through email, I am told by Boxwave that they will not reimburse me for shipping, they will not send an exchange phone and they are refunding me for the purchase price of the case. I wasted a total of $18.45 on shipping costs from the purchase and the return of the case. I shipped the product back to Boxwave on 2/18, UPS confirms that it was delivered, but I still have not received my refund.
Also, after discussing my issue for several days, boxwave offered to send me a return shipping label, but the whole point of my emails to them was to ask for reimbursement on my return shipping. I had even attached the receipt on a previous email. Also, be advised that Boxwave does not have a customer service telephone number listed anywhere on their website which even further demonstrates Boxwave's completely apathetic stance on customer service.
Needless to say, I am extremely dissatisfied with both the product and the customer service for this item. From now on, I will take extreme caution to be sure that I never purchase any Boxwave product ever again and I will advise everyone I know to do the same.
