(More customer reviews)i got this a few months ago. the whole thing came in a plastic bag. 2 pieces. a back made of hard plastic and a front made with a flexible type of plastic. the back feels like the back of 3g iphone and with the case on its almost the same size. it looks like the griffin one but only cheaper since i dont have it i cant tell you the difference. the two piece comes together fairly easy and fits the ipod very well.i've dropped it a few times and it holds up pretty well but i still dont feel safe with this case on. i had to clean it everyday. some particles and dust can get through the space for the volume button so there will be some debris on the back of the ipod within a few days and you have to take the top cover off in order to clean the front of the ipod since the front covers the edge. it does however protect ipods from getting scratches. my ipod still looks brand new. i bought this case so i wont get any finger prints on the back but i just found out a new product called invisible shield that does the same thing and it works very well. i would get this to get this to protect ipod and prevent scratches or fingerprints. if you have more money i recommend you get the griffin version. if you only want to not get fingerprints or scratches, just get a full cover like zagg invisible shield, Clear Armor, BodyGuardz, or SwitchEasy (takes wayy less space). i just got the invisble shield and now i dont use this case anymore.
