(More customer reviews)the phone is decent...smaller than i expected...but at the same time i did not think to check and see if the actual size was indicated in the description...i had the blackberry pearl previously and this is smaller{well shorter but a little wider}...it is certainly true that all its features may not be supported depending on ur service because i pay for internet which wont work on ths phone"
