(More customer reviews)I bought this item for a gift for my Wife and she loves the design. It is very colorful and artistic and she gets compliments on it from various people. Overall, she's a satisfied customer. Do not think she has dropped it yet, so not sure about shock protection. The case is hard plastic, so it does not have the give of a gel case. The cover is relatively easy to remove too when needed.
