(More customer reviews)Great product, everything works as it should. Holds my rather large and heavy HTC Touch Pro2 very well. The suction cup is very strong and the ratchet action on the cup release is well made. The only problem I had with the product was a result of my own negligence. After I had the holder mounted to my windshield I foolishly tried to adjust the position by grabbing hold of my phone and moving it. As the adjustable "neck" is very stiff (which is a good thing) I ended up breaking the plastic attachment where the body of the holder slips into the "neck" receiver. I was able to glue the pieces I broke back together with superglue and it works good as new.
So needless to say, if you purchase this product, make sure any adjustments you make are done by grasping the "neck" itself and don't rely on the plastic body piece to handle the force required to adjust it's position. Overall, I am very happy with this product. Holds my phone in a position that enables me to use the media player through my stereo and allows the use of my phone's GPS.
Good sturdy product, if used correctly.

About a week passed after I posted my review and the unit has become useless. The suction cup mechanism relies on tiny little teeth to hold the tension of the lever which pulls the suction out of the cup thus sticking it to your window.
I adjusted the position of this unit and went to lock down the suction using the lever. I heard a "zip" sound and a bunch of tiny little pieces of plastic fell from the suction cup area. These turned out to be the little plastic teeth mentioned above. They all just completely sheered off. So now the suction does not work at all.
I ended up throwing this away and purchasing this one instead:

This is a much better product. I have not had a single problem with it. I would highly recommend spending the few extra dollars and purchasing this much better quality mount.
