There are other cases on the market with similar designs to the Nextware Touch Through Case. There is also the Case-Mate Naked Case, Zofunk, IvySkin Quattro, and probably others I don't know about that also have a built in screen protector. The Nextware is the only one I tried though.
The Nextware case looks very protective. It is one of the bulkier cases but it surrounds your phone with a thick layer of polycarbonate. If you want a thin case this isn't it but if you worry more about protection this one looks very robust. The built in screen protector does give the front of you phone a sleek look though.
Mine is tremendously difficult for me to get off. I might not understand the pictures on the back of the package demonstrating how to remove; when I do what they illustrate the case still doesn't come off; either mine is tighter than most or I'm not interpreting the pictures correctly. I always have to resort to putting the edge of a knife in the crack to pry the case apart. At the same time it has inexplicably popped open on its own.
While the case is bulky the cutouts for the power, volume, and mute controls are large enough for easy access.
When I got my case everyone who saw it complained about the "bubbles." They aren't really bubbles but places where the screen protector sticks to the screen. They aren't visible straight on unless the phone is off or the screen is all the same color. The guy at the AT&T store suggested putting a anti-glare screen protector on my iPhone before the case but I worry about two layers of screen protector making it unresponsive and one of the things I like about shiny protectors over anti-glare is the screen looks sharper and I'd probably loose that. Someone else suggested a fine dusting of baby powder on the screen. This actually did work. I put a little baby powder on a swab and lightly dusted both my screen and the inside of screen protector being careful not to get enough to actually see. No more sticktion and you couldn't see the powder. However, it didn't last long; after a couple of days the bubbles were back. Perhaps there is a better release agent than baby powder.
The sensitivity of the touch screen is a little lower. It takes a slight pressure for my phone to pick up my touch and a little more near the side edges. I find that this actually helps my typing accuracy since I have to type a little more deliberately and I don't get the accidental entries I did before. Games are a little harder to play though.
It isn't perfect but overall I still like this case better than the other I've tried that lack the built in screen protector.
