(More customer reviews)I am giving this item one stars on the sole basis that it was misrepresented by the seller. Reviewing the item itself is inconsequential when reviewing the seller because the seller does not manufacture it, they sell it. So on that basis, I believe proper representation to be key. I have a 1G iPhone and pretty much all accessories for the 1G are gone from the shelves, so online purchase becomes the only option. This item was clearly marked as being compatible with the 1G iPhone... it is not (it seems it is for the iPhone 3G -- which has an "underbelly" that would have made this loose-fitting case on a 3G fit perfectly, but leaves is loose on a 1G). It is ill-fitting to the point where it became useless. I can only ask of the seller: PLEASE know the products you sell -- as well as the products for which they are sold. If something is for one version of the iPhone, it doesn't mean it is for all iPhones -- and if the manufacturer claims it is for a specific iPhone model, I must say that I believe it is ultimately your responsibility, as a sales agent for those products to ensure that is correct prior to selling it to the public.
