I'm not hard on my phone so it must be a manufacturing flaw. But can't complain about the price and shipping was fast, I received it within a couple of days of ordering it.

The cover doesn't feel slick like the gel covers and not as hard as the plastic covers so its easy to hold. It arrived according to the schedule, maybe a little early, in new packaging. The shipping price was fair and there was no problem. I have recommended this product to several people already.
