(More customer reviews)The case is great, and pretty much as advertised. I have only three problems with it: camera access, USB access, and indicator light clarity. When the cover is closed, the screen is covered, and you can't use it to take pictures; it's a bit awkward to use with the cover dangling. Also, the latch covers the usb port used for data transfer and charging. Finally, the case isn't fit quite perfectly enough to completely expose the batter indicator LED on the top right of the screen.
In all fairness, I can't think of a good solution to either of the first two problems, and every other case/cover I've purchased for this phone has had the same lack of precision. I don't see how they could redesign the cover to allow you to use the screen without rendering the cover useless, or making it fully detachable (and therefore flimsier and more likely to be lost). Likewise, I don't have any better ideas for an effective alternative for the latch that is solid and doesn't cover up another access point from the flip-up design. The suspicious consistency I've seen in design imprecision with accessories for this phone makes me wonder if manufacturers weren't provided with entirely accurate specs - every other accessory I have purchased for it has fit almost-but-not-quite-right.
The only improvement I can think of for this case might be to make the cover flip to the left instead of over the top. This would allow for more comfortable use of the phone when open, and also allow the latch to be placed in a spot that doesn't cover the USB port. All in all, it's a solid product, and I plan to use it until the phone dies.
