I use it as a PDA and it GREAT!!, I have appts, tasks, reminders, etc... and it alarms to all of them, as well as carry over all the important documetation for each task or appt or reminder i set up. I really like it the reception is the best, and this phone syncs with everything, i.e. wireless headphones etc.. I would recommend this phone as great. Also, if you chose, as I have, buy some apps to go with it and it can be a PDA with all docs and tasks, ... synced. I love it and I have had it for 8mos. no problem. the audio is awsome and mp3 player is really good.
