Average Reviews:
(More customer reviews)My old cell phone broke, so I decided to try the latest technology when choosing a replacement. Well, I got more than I bargained for with this one. I celebrated my first month's use with a bill that had various miscellaneous charges on it as a result of accidentally (when in my pocket, most likely) hitting icons that put me online, or wherever the latest charges apply. Even though this phone has the standard lock feature to prevent this occurence, it is nonetheless very easy to hit a wrong button even when consciously using this phone. Scrolling through the icons can be a daunting task, as I find myself having to quickly exit screens before you know what happen$$$$$. On the brighter side, the pull-out keypad for texting is nice to have, and is pretty user-friendly. I would not generally recommend this phone for the average user, due to too much of a chance for errors. Wireless phones are very cluttered gadgets these days, and I find myself not needing 90% of what they feature. I'd love to go back via time machine to the early 70's with the phone on the wall, no caller ID, no answering machine, etc. There were no headaches in 1973, because you didn't know who called you when you were out, because you had to be home to know. Nowadays, one gets a headache even before they dial a number. 4/10
