(More customer reviews)Well to start, I have had this case for about two weeks now. I am an over the road truck driver so it sees some pretty gnarly environments. This case has taken all that I could throw at it and then some. It is built out of real metal and adds some bulk to the phone, I consider this a good thing, some may not care for that. All the cutouts are nicely placed and you could tell that great care went in to the design and functionality of the product. It has a removable belt clip button on the rear of the case, and comes with a belt clip to attach to your person. It opens in a clamshell fashion when you need to slide the phone to access the keyboard. Initially I thought that opening the case every time i wanted to access my keyboard was going to be a pain. But the case closure is very solid, and not hard or time consuming to open or close, it has become very intuitive and not obtrusive at all. One small complaint that I do have is the cutout portion at the top of the screen makes accessing the navigation/message bar a little more difficult. Not exactly impossible, but you really have to position your finger just right to 'flick' the bar down. It doesn't obscure the screen at all, but an extra 1 or 2 millimeters up top would have gone a long way. Inside the case is a nice medium density foam like material, that holds the Droid quite securely. I never have to worry about my phone sliding or falling out while the case door is open. I also like the fact that the lid is padded as well. The hinge is solid and has some heft to it. The halves of the case also fit flush against each other, which helps to keep out dust and debris from scratching the phone surface. There are ample cutouts for the camera, buttons, speaker and microphone. I haven't noticed any difference in call quality on my end and callers haven't noticed any difference on theirs. This case is truly deserving of the word "Armor". I would recommend to anybody that owns a Droid.
