(More customer reviews)Overall, I was happy with the product...I was able to fix cracked iPhone screen on my own at a very, very low cost...received product in like 3 days. Now for the CONS: I only received 6 tools out of 8 ( granted I didn't seem to need the other 2 parts). The screw driver in the kit didn't work on the iPhone screws...thankfully I had one at home that did work great. The suction cup did the job ( tip: place a piece of clear packing tape before using suction cup so that screen comes outing one piece). You will definitely need the 3m tape included. The other blue tools help with getting residue glue off and getting connectors on/off.
The hardest part was using blow dryer to pry the cracked screen off the hardware, be patient, the screen will come off. I recommend watching a few YouTube videos prior to starting...you can pick up some great tips along the way! This product does recommend a particular video to watch, but they were demonstrating on a perfectly good iPhone, therefore it didn't really show what to expect when working on a cracked screen.
It took me 3 tries to get the phone connectors in properly before phone was up and running perfectly. Everything probably took about one hour. Good luck!
