I've had this phone for 3 months and I gave this phone 4 stars because I've dropped and sat on this phone enough times to not feel like I have to worry about where I put the phone or what's on it.
For the type of phone and it's capabilities, this phone is pretty good. The durability is high compared to the slides and flip phones such as the rant,rumor,exclaim,lotus,lotus elite,or palm pixi. The spine is made sturdily and isn't tiny in comparison to the size of the phone.
Lock settings which prevent pocket purse calls is definitely an improvement. Personal settings have a larger menu and choices to pick from. As a whole a good size and easy to work with.
The default carousel and menu make it easy to transition over to this phone from a previous sprint phone.
Speakers are a good and the only issues I have are when making calls the highest volume is sometimes not enough in some settings but that goes with the territory and the speaker compensates.
A tip for a future phone similar to this one would be to allow more options on the front touch such as accessing music, responding to text messages from the front as well as from the flip. text from the contacts menu not just call. These are just preferential ideas that may or may not be shared by other users.
