I PURCHASED THE SAMSUNG IMPRESSION SHG-A877--For whatever reason i have to turn the phone off and back on serveral times a day just to send and recieve text messages. The screen very often just blacks out and turns pink. I have been extremely careful not to drop or otherwise damage the phone since it appears to be very delecate, still it acts as if its been damaged before. I really like the features, but can not access all of them since my local network (in the Bahamas) is saying that i cant get internet on it because it is "locked" by AT&T. I would not have purchased this phone if this would have been brought to my attention. The amazon ad said UNLOCKED. The back panel of the phone that protects the battery and whatever else is very flimsy and does not click back it place as it should. There is literally a small opening between the phone and the back panel-----that is not good!!!!!!!!
Overall, i am very disappointed and would really appreciate someone from your company to address my concerns.
