(More customer reviews)Purchased this item after hearing rave reviews from other users on Android forums. I received the item and was excited to try it out. Let me explain the process of putting this on, I took my device and shield into the bathroom where I had hot water running so I had a little bit of steam in the room to help decrease the amount of dust that got on my screen or the protector. I used an air canister to blow off the screen of my device after using a microfiber cloth to clean my screen thoroughly. I then applied as directed, worked great for the first 3/4 of the phone. Then the last section wouldn't stick no matter what I did (even after removing and washing with warm water and mild hand soap).
Contacted customer service, sent my product in and had them ship me one out. Took over 20 days if memory serves me correctly, to receive the item. I had waited so long that I eventually emailed them asking what the status of my item was. They then immediately emailed me saying it had shipped and gave me a tracking number. Not only did the link for the tracking number not work because it was inserted incorrectly, after removing a few characters from the front of it and going to the shipping company's website, I inserted the tracking number only to find out that it was for the original one they sent me almost a month ago.
Frustrated but in need of protecting my phone, I went through the same steps and got it on decently enough. Lasted barely a week before scratches started to cover the front of it. Last time I trust another screen protector besides Zagg. Can't beat 100% guarantee behind their products.
