GTMax Touch Screen Stylus Pen ( Black + Red + Sivler ) for AT&T HTC Aria Review

I bought two sets of these to have spares when I lose one or five. They work, but not well. The tip is far too flexible and tends to drag on the screen. That extra friction leads to scratching and awkward scrolling, but they do help when typing. I've stopped carrying them because overall, they're just frustrating to use.

I love this stylus. It's perfect for working on my EVO when my fingers just won't do. I thought I would hate the broad tip because I like very fine points on my writing instruments. After I already had this for a few weeks, I tried out the other stylii on the market and I still like boxwave products the best. My only complaint is that the cord it too short to do anything while still leaving it plugged into the headphone jack. I attempted to add a longer cord but there's no way to take it apart to thread the cord through with the knot on the inside. I rigged it with some various glues in my fiber arts studio. I fear it will fall out at any time.
I bought the full-size stylus and it came with the same type of cord, only it detaches with a lobster-claw clasp and a metal loop on the end of the stylus. Now, why didn't they use that for this?! I now tend to use the full size for my phone. It had the same length cord as the mini but it was very simple to change out the cord & make it longer. I also find that the full-size is more capacitive, but that's to be expected. It simply has more metal.
I recommend this highly, but don't expect to leave it plugged it while you're using it.
