The phone's keyboard is small, I have big hands, definitely not the easiest to text on. At the same time I like the layout of the keyboard, and it is very light (watch out for it falling out of your pocket without noticing).
This phone doesn't have anymore internet than Sprint's really weak mobile internet. Why it would be so difficult to stick WiFi on all phones I'm not sure, my roommates AT&T basic phone has WiFi. Games run very slow, and the graphics quality is poor. For some reason you cannot turn messages to be a one beep ring, while leaving the phone set to have full volume for calls. This is probably one of my least favorite things about this phone. I knew when I got it the internet would suck, and didn't expect much as far as games/apps go. I have been leaving my phone set to beep for a message for years, it pisses me off that a new phone is so backwards you can't have separate settings for messages and incoming calls. So far the battery seems to last about a week, which is good for a new phone (got it around christmas 2010).
I like to get cheap phones that I can scratch (already have multiple times), have a good battery, don't feel like a brick in my pocket, and that I don't have to worry about. If that sounds like you, this phone works. Its nothing special, but for a pretty basic phone to call and text with its fine. Seems fairly rugged too.
