(More customer reviews)Love this case. Put my Palm Pre WITH TOUCHSTONE BACK in the case, it fits snugly, the case offers maximum protection for the phone, including screen (when it's closed). However, I've tried to remove the phone so I can charge it on the touchstone dock, but cannot for the life of me figure out how to do that without breaking the case (and potentially the phone as well). I've called the place that I bought it from and they can't figure it out either. If anyone here has the same issue and has figured out how to remove the phone (I wonder if it's the touchstone back that's causing the issue), I'd be grateful to hear.

It may very well be a fine case, but the description is incomplete/misleading. Generally people tout leather as a feature and no such claim was made. Micro suede is a synthetic cloth material and is related to suede only in texture.
