Aqua Box Waterproof Protection Case Review

Bought this for a Samsung Moment phone to use on a river-rafting trip. Haven't gone on the trip yet, but the phone fits perfectly (just barely, though). Looks like it will be a good way to take "wet" photos. Back is hard-clear plastic - photos take good through it. Front is soft pliable plastic that will allow you to use the touch screen adequately for taking photos or answering calls.

Incipio IPH-616 Invert Case for iPhone 4 - Black/Black - 1 Pack - Retail Packaging Review

I have tried many different cases for my iPhone and after looking at many different options I stumbled upon Incipio cases. I first got the NGP case which is a great case as well but I wanted something that added some design and "personality" to my iPhone. I decided to get this one based on the material it is made of, the design, and the form factor. I want to be clear, this will add SOME bulk to you phone, if you have an Incipio NGP case, it will add only a slight amount more bulk than that but nothing too bad. All ports are open for functionality however I do notice 2 flaws with this. First, the headphone jack is a little small and if you have headphones like me with a curved input head it will be a snug fit. Second, the bottom charging/sync port will not support MOST of the older style charging heads. The small thin ones like you get with the iPhone 4 will be the ones that fit the best. My car charger has the fatter head and it just barely fits, but I have a extra long charging cable that does not fit at home that has a fat charging head (like original iPod charging heads). I personally love the feel of this case. It is a combination of a hard case and a TPU plastic case which the best part is collect such minimal dust when put in a pocket it almost isn't noticeable. It feels good in your hand and adds looks to your phone. It is very VERY sturdy and will protect your phone from a drop or fall and since the edges come up past the screen, it will stop the screen from hitting any surface, always a plus for people like me who despise screen protectors. Overall Incipio came out with a fantastic case and if you are looking for something that provides extra protection over the NGP, while adding some style to your iPhone this is a clear choice!

HP Veer 4G webOS Phone, White (AT&T) Review

Super small and super quick. The HP Veer is a great device for those that are introducing themselves to the smartphone market or those in need of a phone that takes up less room than your wallet. I would have given the phone 5 stars but HP needs to up the apps available. It does have the traditional favorites, Angry Birds, Youtube, Facebook and thousands of others. I have an iphone 4 and recently got rid of an EVO 4g. This is my favorite device to use out of the 3. I would recommend this or other webOS devices to anyone. Definitely worth a try.

Get all the capabilities of the most advanced smartphones--a well-designed slide-out keyboard, touchscreen, and useful apps--on a device that's no larger than a credit card with the HP Veer for AT&T. You'll have access to the web (with Flash support), apps, social networks, and more on a smartphone that's no thicker than a deck of cards.

And with AT&T's 4G network, you'll enjoy mobile broadband speeds up to 4x faster than AT&T's already fast mobile broadband network (learn more below). You also get the AT&T Mobile Hotspot service built right into the smartphone--enabling you to connect additional Wi-Fi-enabled devices to the phone's mobile broadband signal (requires appropriate data plan).

The HP webOS operating system provides true multitasking and quicker switching between multiple apps. You'll also be able to seamlessly connect to multiple web services--from Facebook and LinkedIn to corporate Microsoft Exchange accounts--on a single screen with the updated HP Synergy feature.

The Veer still includes a vivid 2.6-inch touchscreen and QWERTY keyboard that slides out from the bottom. It's outfitted with 8 GB of internal memory and super speedy Wireless-N Wi-Fi. Other features include GPS for navigation and location-based services, a 5-megapixel camera/camcorder, Bluetooth for hands-free devices and stereo music streaming, access to personal/corporate e-mail and instant messaging services, multimedia player compatible with multiple music and video formats, and up to 5.0 hours of talk time.

Get More Done, Have More Fun with HP webOS
With the true multitasking of HP webOS on the HP Veer, you'll be able to pause a game, tap an e-mail notification, check your calendar, read a restaurant review, send an e-mail reply, then switch back to the game without closing anything, It also lets you easily manage multiple open applications and notifications using natural touch gestures.

Start an e-mail, create a message, update your status, search your favorite websites--all before you've even opened an app. With HP webOS, whenever you want to do something on your phone--whether it's e-mailing, texting, searching or almost anything--just type.

One Contact, Multiple Sources Let's say you have contact information in Microsoft Exchange for a coworker who is also a Facebook friend. With HP webOS, all of that contact information is combined in one simple view, so finding the mobile number, e-mail, or address you need is easy. Just tap your friend's name and it's right there. It's the same for information from Google, LinkedIn, and Yahoo!

View E-mail Accounts Side by Side Customize your e-mail inbox and view all of your accounts together or separately. Mark the folders you use most as favorites for faster access. See work e-mail alone--or combined in a favorites folder with personal e-mail from places like Gmail or Yahoo! Mail.

Text, Multimedia, Google Talk, AIM, and More The HP webOS combines your messaging conversations with one person in the same view. Which means you can start chatting in, say, AIM, and then pick up the conversation later in Google Talk or even as a text message.

Real Web Sites The web browser on your HP smartphone isn't a mobile browser that only shows text or watered-down versions of websites. It displays full HTML sites just like on your Mac or PC. Play video, upload photos, do online banking, and more.

Built-in GPS HP smartphones come with built-in GPS, enabling location-based services in apps like Foursquare, Google Maps, Yelp, and more. With a tap, you can allow these apps to share your location or find things you need.

Get a Music Store at Your Fingertips Buy and download music right from your HP smartphone using the Amazon MP3 app. Search by new releases, genre, or simply by typing a few letters. Then purchase with just one tap. Songs purchased from the Amazon MP3 store are DRM-free, which means you can take your music with you and share it with your other devices.

Apps at Your Fingertips There are already thousands of great apps for HP webOS, and HP is adding tons of features for app developers to help bring you more amazing experiences. Enjoy apps for social networking, health and fitness, productivity, finance, 3D games--you name it. And the redesigned App Catalog makes it even easier to find the hottest apps out there.

Vital Statistics
The HP Veer weighs 3.63 ounces and measures 3.31 x 2.15 x 0.6 inches. Its 910 mAh lithium-ion battery is rated at up to 5 hours of talk time, and up to 300 hours (12+ days) of standby time. It runs on the 850/900/1800/1900 MHz GSM/GPRS/EDGE frequencies as well as AT&T's dual-band 4G network (850/1900 MHz; HSPA+/HSDPA/UMTS) plus 2100 MHz 3G networks in international territories.

What's in the Box
HP Veer handset, rechargeable battery (non-removable), charger, USB sync/charge cable (with magnetic connector), 3.5mm headset adapter (with magnetic connector), quick start guide

AT&T 4G Network
This phone runs on AT&T's dual-band 850/1900 MHz 4G network (UMTS/HSDPA/HSPA+), and with HSPA+ you'll experience mobile data speeds up to 4x faster than ordinary mobile broadband--up to approximately 6 Mbps (download). AT&T has deployed HSPA+ to virtually 100 percent of its mobile broadband network, which enables 4G speeds when combined with enhanced backhaul (via Ethernet or fiber).

Backhaul is one of the major pieces of a telecommunications network. Think of it as the limbs connecting AT&T's cell towers with AT&T's backbone network that provides access to the Internet.

Coming later in 2011, AT&T will deliver a second layer of 4G network called LTE (Long Term Evolution) that is even faster than HSPA+ speeds.

In areas where either AT&T's 3G or 4G network is not available, you'll continue to receive service on the AT&T EDGE network, which offers availability in more than 13,000 US cities and along some 40,000 miles of major highways.

Note: AT&T's 4G mobile broadband coverage is not available in all areas. 4G speeds delivered by HSPA+ with enhanced backhaul; availability increasing with ongoing backhaul deployment.
