Instructions for unlocking Samsung T209:
1. Put the non T-Mobile SIM in the phone
2. Turn on the phone. It should display "Wrong SIM or Card"
3. Dial *2767*3855# and WAIT (count to 10). This will reboot the
phone, and the non T-Mobile SIM will work. However, this is only a TEMPORARY unlock.
4. Dial *7465625*638*00000000*00000000# The phone will say that it has been "personalized."
5. Dial #7465625*638*00000000# and the phone will be unlocked PERMANENTLY.
Dial *#7465625# to check the lock status.
