Granted it is incredibly better than my old screen which is cracked and beyond repair, I was expecting a new screen, just as the product's condition was described. There was no Engraving pen tool keychain that came with my package. It came with no adhesive (not specified in the item description), and it didn't come with any instructions on how to replace the screen yourself.
There are youtube videos that will do this for you, but I'm not even going to try to break the seal on my Aria until I can get it done professionally because I break the deal with ATT if I put a new screen in. Besides that, I wouldn't be able to do it without the adhesive needed to keep the new screen in place. I bought this product a couple of months ago and I still haven't replaced it because I haven't had the time to leave it at the mall all day to get repaired. I'll update this review once I know that the product actually works...
