I'm not clumsy and I don't need a lot of protection for my phone - I just want something to protect it from scratches and other hazards. This does the job, and you never even know it's there. In fact, it makes the phone even easier to hold on to as it ads some depth to the device.
The plastic is identical to what you already see on the back of the iPhone, and it feels very smooth to the touch while not being slippery at all. At first, I thought I would not like the smudges, but after using it for a day I simply don't notice them at all, and simply wiping it off on my shirt or a cleaning cloth makes it look as good as new. If you want something that looks great and offers basic protection, you can't go wrong with this case.
