(More customer reviews)This protector came in on time. when i applied it, it took me a few tries to get one side to line up perfectly. but as a continued laying it down, it became clear that the notches and holes cut out for buttons and the speaker wouldnt line up right. there was also a slight overhang on one side of the screen causing an air pocket down the entire length of the screen protector. I contacted the company via email to request a replacement one. But my request went ignored. I, apparently am not a customer worthy of "customer satisfaction." I had to take an exacto knife to get it to lay down properly, but i got it dusty in the process. Now i have bubbles under it. But thats my fault. However, the protector material does its job wonderfully. it offers a considerable amount of scratch protection, and it allows your finger to slide on the screen effortlessly without sacrificing touch accuracy. If I could get one that fit properly, I would be extremely happy.
***UPDATE***
After receiving the negative feedback, the company did eventually contact me. After about two weeks, I received a new screen protector in the mail. This one does fit better, but it is still less than perfect. But I was again able to trim it to the necessary dimensions. I applaud Accessory Export Packaging for the attempt to make the product better. I just hate it took a negative feedback to get results.
