(More customer reviews)the first time i received this screen replacement. it was lightly wrapped in bubble wrap and a plain white envelope. obviously it didn't make it intact. so with the help of some pictures and they agreed to send another with better packaging. except it was for the 4th gen.... not the 2nd. after a few more emails i gave up and got it elsewhere.
