(More customer reviews)Product was delivered as pictured, no issue with the supplier here at Amazon...but have some major issues with it:
1. It has cut-outs for the desktop type chargers, so it made sense that it would actually work in a desktop charger but it is far too thick for it to work. If you are used to the extremely fast charging you get with the pods versus a USB, you'll never want to give it up and I don't.
2. Didn't realize you couldn't store the phone face in, which means as you walk around with it exposed and could really cause major damage with just a simple bump (or attaching your seatbelt).
3. There is no "holster" function to automatically tell the BlackBerry it is holstered - therefore you must manually lock the phone before holstering every time or risk accidental entries (see #2 above and the chances are very high). I also don't like the idea of anyone being able to see what is currently up on my screen.
4. No way to unholster the phone without turning it sideways - just the nature of the phone and reaching under it to get to the release mechanism...just annoying is all to have to carry it sideways or do a quick rotate before it will release.
5. It just looks cheap. Turns a decent looking phone into a pretty cheesy looking thing.
