(More customer reviews)Overall, I agree with the other reviewers. The oil slick issue is quite annoying. However, after jumping on several forums, someone mentioned absorbing the extra "oil" or "moisture" due to fingerprints or a wiping cloth that probably has a small amount of "oil". Anyway, a very small dash of J&J baby powder into your hand, then dabbing a cotton ball to collect some of the baby powder and then dabbing the cotton ball on the inside of the case front cover as well as the iphone glass did trick! You'll of course have to gently wipe off the "dust" from the baby powder. But it worked for me! As hard as I push or "hold" down, I cannot create the oil slick anymore! I was amazed. ** I stress use a minute amount baby powder ** In fact what went into my hand, I only dabbed once w/ the cotton ball to collect enough powder to apply. Works to dry babies... and apparently works to dry the "oil" from your screen. Some folks might be concerned that powder will get "into" the phone. Well... what can I say... use a very small amount... that's all it takes.
Lastly, the comment about "pocket debris" is true. But personally, I'd rather have this case be an additional barrier instead of that pocket debris perhaps making its way inside my phone since I have my phone in my pocket often too.
