(More customer reviews)The cleaning "cloth" is a one-ply sheet of paper that probably can't be used more than once. One screen protector comes in the package - pretty pricey for five bucks plus shipping.
It does not include the "installation card" described on the package. The Fellowes WriteRight screen protectors for PDAs do include a card, and it helps to smooth out bubbles as you apply the film to the screen.
It doesn't go on clean to begin with. As I started to apply the thing I could see there was already dust on the sticky side - so it wasn't "bubble-free application" as it says on the package.
After trying to clean the dust off the damn thing, I just quit and threw the whole package away. Stay away from this one and save your money! Get the Fellowes WriteRight Universal Screen Protectors from here or Best Buy and cut it to fit your phone. It's cheaper per sheet - 10 - 12 in a package for not much more - a much better deal than this product.
If I'd seen this in a store, the Engrish packaging would have made me think twice about it (and put it back on the shelf):

"Clean handheld screen with the clothh provided..."
"Peal and fold the plastic backing about an inch away.Be ssure the sticky side is facing down and not touched with your fingers."
