I had bought a cheaper case on Amazon, one of those with a print design on it for 10 bucks, that was a complete waste of money. This Seidio case beats that one hands down on everything. This case fits perfectly on my epic. It's not bulky at all and feels more like a skin then a case. The fit is really nice and it does not cover any essential ports. It's an extremely light case and hardly adds any weight. It does not hinder the sliding mechanism like the previous case did and installation was a breeze. The front bezel covers the outside of the case and does not cover any of the screen, this is very important and I did not know how important that was until I was using the cheaper case. The overall look and feel of the case is so much better then the old case. The blue color adds color to the all black Epic. I definitely recommend purchasing the Seidio cases for the Samsung Epic, if you're looking for a good case that does not add bulk or weight to your phone then this is it. I do not know how well the case would protect my phone from a drop but from nicks and scratches it will do the job. I already have a Skinomi screen protector and with this case this completes my protection for my Epic. A good buy.
