(More customer reviews)First of all, I have to say that it has to be harder to find a good fitting case for the Palm Pre Plus, with it being a slide phone. I had tried several different cases that were too flimsy or fit poorly. The Seidio Innocase appeared sturdier and my husband has the same brand for his Droid and loves it. So, I thought I would give the brand a try and ordered it. The seller was prompt and I received it in a few days. However, one piece was missing to snap it in place. I emailed and they sent another out right away, but the second one had the same problem in a different place....a piece missing! They immediately refunded me even before I returned both cases, and I appreciate their willingness to please the customer. So I am giving two stars for that reason, instead of the one star rating that Seidio deserves. I am happy to say that I did finally find a case that is great by Body Glove....easy to grip and sturdy...finally! Wish I had started there first.
