(More customer reviews)Since I can't find a review on this thing anywhere I wanted to save anybody else the pain of dealing with this company. I purchased the Noisehush N600 from Smarthome.com while buying another item. I remembered I needed something handsfree for my cell and found this on the site. It arrived DOA. Unable to charge it and of course it won't turn on. I should have know something was up when smarthome.com said any warranty issues with this need to be dealt with directly with the company. Go to noisehush.com and they talk about their great warranty. "Click here" for information about sending back an item under warranty. That brings you to their warranty document, then it says "click here" for information about sending this thing back. When you click it brings you back to the main page. You can go in circles all day and there is no info on sending anything back. Call the number on their web site and the message says the phone company can't route this call. I tried from several places/different phone carriers, all the same thing. They finally respond to an email after several days, telling me to ship it back to them, (on my dime) and if they deem it's bad they will replace it but I will also have to pay shipping back to me. Wait a minute! I just paid for this thing in full, it's dead and I have to pay shipping both ways to replace it, if they feel like replacing it? Do yourself a favor. If you need something hands free for your cell, go to Amazon, where I usually buy things, and pick out something by a reputable company like Motorola, look at all the customer reviews, and if it's mostly favorable, pick something from Motorola. Don't ever waste your time with products from a company called noisehush. I hope I saved somebody some pain today.
*********Update******
Since writing this I was able to get Smarthome.com to take this thing back even though their website says they won't. Why, because they tried to contact Noisehush also and could not get through by phone either. They gave me an RMA and took it back and sent me a replacement so let me review the replacement. Well, it charges and turns on, but per the instructions does not work as described. Sometimes it will turn on and sometimes it just goes into it's pairing mode. When I can get it into normal mode it will sometimes ring when I get a call and sometimes not. As I'm going down the road it will wink and blink, and sometimes start beeping in different ways my whole ride. I've gone over and over the instructions and it just does not turn on and function as described. As far as sound quality, or should I just say sound, I've called my voicemail at home and it sounds like I'm down in a tunnel. I have spent the last week trying to get this thing to work properly. At this point I need to cut my losses and look for something else. If you buy one of these you will be very frustrated.
