(More customer reviews)I really liked the quality of the item I received, fit the phone perfectly, not falling apart, not discoloring. Much nicer than Verizon's choices. But it's a toss up for me; it is the best protection I've seen for this phone's 2 huge display screens. That being said, it can throw off the touch screen process just enough to annoy me too. I may just settle for using the back half of this product that can be easily separated.
