I just purchased this about a week ago for my iPhone 4. I have usually gone with Power Support's Anti-Glare in the past but decided to give this one a try as I have heard good things about Steinheil's screen protectors.
Now since I began using smartphones mainly the BlackBerry and iPhone, I have always used a screen protector. Though I love the look of a "naked" screen, especially with iPhone 4's new display I hate smudges and fingerprints on my screen. Started using the Power Support Anti-Glare almost 2 years ago and haven't looked back. Anyway, after prepping the screen I began to peel off the backing and noticed right away that it was stickier than the Power Support as well as more flexible. These qualities aren't inherently bad but it does make it more challenging to put on the screen as it is not as easy to pull back without it sticking back down right away.
My only other complaint is that I had a very hard time getting it to sit evenly on the screen but I think this may just be me. I can not fairly compare it to the Power Support Anti-Glare I had on my 3GS because they are different sizes. This shield seemed a bit smaller fit on the screen but, again, this could just be me.
Otherwise, I love this screen shield! It never ever smudges or shows fingerprints and wipes off easily. I find the texture more pleasing than the Power Support and it looks great on the phone. I would definitely buy this again.
Forgot to add that it does an excellent job of diffusing glare on the screen. I don't feel that it inhibited the words or made them fuzzy. It does slightly decrease the crispness of the retina display but would not be a reason not to purchase in my opinion.
