(More customer reviews)This is a great product--it's sturdy, but also looks great once on the phone. Before I bought it, I dropped my new phone getting out the car less than 48hrs in my possession. Luckily, it hit the top of my shoe before going to the pavement or I would have had a scratched or cracked phone. I decided then to get the Body Glove.
Regarding attaching it, at first I treated it as any other item that would had a snap on feature..but then one corner wasn't attached. After fiddling for a minute, I referred to the instructions on how to "remove" the product which says to have the phone in "open" position. Having the phone in the "open" position is a plus when trying to attach as well..the key after that is to make sure that the little plastic "grabs" actually come up and over the edges on the phone and land in the groove line along the phone, then everything is in place.
