They were thrown in an envelope with a sheet of paper describing the application process, and nothing to protect them. They were in rough shape with bends and scratches. When you buy a screen protector you should receive them in perfect condition, not rough looking like these. But that's not all, these protectors are made of a soft plastic and are not scratch resistant. What I mean is that anything can scratch them up, including your fingernails, which defeats the purpose. I applied the protectors using both methods with very little success and lots of bubbles. I then tried using a credit card which I do not recommend unless you actually like the scratches left behind. Lastly, they are not a perfect fit! I do not know why others are reporting these to be worth the money paid for, cause they certainly are not. This company is getting rich two dollars at a time. I figured it's not worth arguing and asking for a refund that will most likely take weeks. Instead I will warn and urge others not to buy this product, regardless how cheap the price may be.
