(More customer reviews)Just tried to buy this yesterday, 01-24-11. Amazon says that there is a Samsung Memoir T929 available from The OEM Shop & that one should hurry & order if they want it. Well I did. I received an order confirmation and I ordered some accessories. Apparently, order confirmations mean nothing more than that it is understood by Amazon and the supplier that you would like to have the item. It has nothing to do with whether or not you have actually secured the item with your order. What's more, once this supposedly confirmed ordered is processed by Amazon you cannot cancel unless you contact the supplier directly. The supplier, however, can cancel through Amazon no problem and you will simply receive an email indicating the the item is not avail and that you can try again later. Therefore, in my situation situation, I have accessories coming for a fictitious cell phone that is advertised as if it is really available. I wonder how long it will continue to be posted as an available item even though it is not. 30+ hours after I made my order Amazon still indicates that the phone is available. I received the cancellation notice at 10:05 AM this morning, 01-25-11, and it is now 11:19 PM and Amazon still indicates that this phone is available. I doubt that I will have much success in returning the accessories and getting my money back. If I am able to return them, the return postage charges will probably negate the benefit of even trying to return them. I will have to weigh it out. I don't know who is most culpable here, Amazon or The OEM Shop. I have never had a problem with Amazon before, but they have to be, at least, partially responsible. Otherwise, I am sure The OEM Shop has taken no measures to correct this either. I am very disappointed!!!!
