After a couple of weeks of use, the hard case rubberization is starting to wear off. It leaves glossy black plastic exposed that is smooth to the touch. Cosmetically, it appears that the plastic got a bad case of sunburn, but it doesn't affect the performance of the case itself. I would recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a great value in total phone protection with a car charger. I think the charger itself is worth it...
