(More customer reviews)This case seemed great in theory with the built in screen cover and viewing stand. I thought that the hard plastic would be good for drops and protecting my phone. I even went to the manufacturer website to watch the video. Looked good so decided to invest my $25 in it.
The bad part about the built in screen cover was that it would stick to my phone and cause an oil slick appearance, which was very annoying. I cleaned the screen thoroughly several times but it kept happening. I had to put a screen protector on it, which then made the screen less sensitive. Also, the plastic button for the home button was also not very sensitive, sometimes had to push pretty hard for it to contact with the phone.
I was getting my phone out of my back pocket at the airport and it slipped out of my hand. I am not very tall, so it was probably a 3 feet drop. The case opened up and the phone came out. Luckily my iphone was alright but the hinge piece on the back of the case broke, as did the oval locking piece at the top of the phone. So, the case would not stay together. This basically rendered the case useless. I had to use a rubber band to hold it together for a couple of days until I got home and my order for the otterbox commuter came. Commuter seems solid and hopefully will last longer than the TecCase. The case has a good concept but they need to change the type of plastic material used. It seems like the plastic may have been too hard of a plastic with little give and thus, any drop greater than a few inches probably will increase the likelihood of pieces of the case cracking or breaking.
Not worth it for $25 since I only had the case for a week before I threw it in the trash.
