(More customer reviews)I have had this phone for about 6 months. I loved it for the first month, then the problems started. I agree with the other reviewer about the sides chipping off, I have that problem also. The biggest frustration I have found is that the phone randomly turns itself off and also freezes. I text much more than I talk and found that a delay has developed with the touch pad. I am constantly sending blank texts (pages) because of the delay.
Another problem with this phone is that it is extremely difficult to hear the other person during a phone call. You must be in a completely quiet environment or have the other person speak very loud.
Save your money. I am currently looking for a new phone. I will carefully check the reviews this time before I make a purchase, especially since I will have to pay full price.
