(More customer reviews)This screen protector applies very nicely with the included soapy liquid and small squeegee. After application it was easy to squeeze out the bubbles. I was able to slide the film around for several minutes after application, so was able to get it precisely located on the screen. I let it dry over night and it looked great and free of bubbles the next morning.
Be sure your hands are extremely clean and that all smudges have been removed from the phone screen with a micro-fiber cloth, or something that leaves NO lint on the screen.
I was pleased to find that when you apply this to a screen that has pre-existing scuffs and scratches, those scuffs and scratches will disappear. The display screen now has a sharper, brighter appearance than I got with my old protector, which had some texture on the surface to cut down on glare and to make the surface more slippery.
I was replacing an older screen protector that held itself on just with static-clean. That older protector would sometimes separate from the screen while in my pocket and get bunched up, creating permanent creases in the thin plastic of the protector. The old screen did have the advantage of being more "slippery" and glare-free than the new Skinomi screen protector. But the new protector has clearer images.
When using a stylus on the Skinomi protected touch screen, there is noticeably more "drag" on the stylus than there is on the unprotected screen or on my old screen protector. I improved the drag issue by applying a tiny amount of car wax to the protector a few days after application.
So, compared to the one other protector I've had:
