(More customer reviews)When this item arrived at my house everything seemed to be in order until i put the case on. Everytime i opened my phone to the QWERTY kepad, the bottom half would pop off. I then called the customer service number (very grea service and very friendly) and had new one shipped out free of charge. However, the same problem arose. As a result, I just cut off the hinges of the bottom conver with scissors- It worked. Overall, I love the color of this case and even though it doesn't fit very well, it does the job its enlisted to.
