(More customer reviews)This case comes with 2 clip options. One is sleeker in size but does not swivel, the other option swivels, but as a female I didn't like the bulkiness it added. In either case, you have to slide the clip part into the compartment in the back, which required a little bit of push especially with the swivel option, but nothing hugely problematic. As to the case itself, it is exactly as it appears in the Amazon pic provided. The mic and speaker are properly exposed so as NOT to muffle sound. Every button on this phone is accounted for with a reasonably-sized opening in the leather, including that for the camera and flash in the back of the phone. The phone is firmly-secured within the case via a button on the top back, just above the clip. The back of the case, while providing somewhat rigid support (kind of like a thick cartboard beneath the leather) is also nicely padded, giving a nice cushion-like feel (but without excess bulk).
I only have two negatives. First, which may just be the case with these types of phones paired with these leather-type blackberry cases, is that it requires some maneuvering to get to the bottom-most row of keys, which unfortunately includes the space-bar. Second, the clips take a bit of finger strength to maneuver out if you wish to switch them. Otherwise, the case does what it is supposed to do, protect the phone with leather and the screen with a nice thick plastic.
