(More customer reviews)I've tried three other (glossy) films from popular manufacturers - including the primary brand sold at the Apple Store - and the GelaScreen film always seems, for me at least, to provide the most consistent and pleasing results each time I use them. No unsightly air bubbles and my inCase Slider iPhone hard-shell case isn't displacing the edges of the film when being attached. It's a perfect fit; length/width wise, and the cutouts for the "Home" button and earpiece always land in place when the film is applied in the proper orientation.
No screen film is easy to apply. It must be done carefully, with clean hands, in a very well lit and almost sterile environment (I always install it at my office). Apply it slowly, using a spare finger to "squeegee" the film as you move along. Try not to expose too much of the iPhone's glass during installation. You may have to waste one film to pick up the particles that landed on the face of the iPhone (and that the microfiber missed), and the other for final installation (expensive proposition, but worth it if you're a picky perfectionist).
Removed one star for the price. Yes, it's priced at market for screen film but the bottom line is that it's still just two lousy pieces of plastic.
